How do I operate the hot tub?Opening The Cover:
Unsnap straps around the hot tub
Squeeze the red plastic clip on the bar to unlock the cover and fold cover back
Tub Usage:
Set the desired temperature. Closing the cover will help speed up the process
Turn jets on when you are ready to use the tub
Brown hot tub towels are stored in the downstairs bathroom closet.
Please set hot tub to 85 degrees before departure.
How do I operate the gas fireplace?
Check to be sure the pilot light is lit. If it is, simply use the remote on top of the fireplace to control the heat level and temperature.
If the pilot light is not lit, turn the knob on the control panel located at the bottom of the unit to the pilot setting. Light the pilot. Once lit, turn the knob to the on position.

Keep children and pets away from the fireplace unit to prevent accidental injury.
How do I operate the coffee pot?Controls for the Keurig Coffee Maker are located on the top of the machine. Choose between individual cups or a whole pot.
If selecting individual cup,
place pod in the receptacle and your cup beneath the dispenser
push the pod icon
select ounces preferred
Push center K button to start brewing.
If selecting the pot option, use the pot located in the cabinet below and instead of pushing the pod icon, select the pot icon, add loose coffee into the container, then use the center button to start brewing.
How do I operate the televisions?SMART TVs are located upstairs and downstairs. Remotes are located on the fireplace upstairs and on the side table downstairs.
Log into your personal streaming accounts and remember to log out before checkout.
How do I dispose of the trash?Guests are allowed three bags of trash to be placed in the metal can on the downstairs patio and secured before departing.
If trash is over the 3 bag limit, guests are responsible for taking trash to a local convenience center using the permit provided in the cabin.

How do I operate the grill?Move the grill away from structures before use.
Grill only in open, well-ventilated areas.
Clean the grill after each use.
Turn off the propane supply when finished.
Allow the grill to cool before replacing the cover.
Return the grill to its original location.

✓ Load and start the dishwasher (if used)
✓ Remove all food from the refrigerator
✓ Bag all trash and dispose of it in the secure outdoor trash can on the first floor patio or, if more than 3 bags, at the convenience center
✓ Lock all doors and windows
✓ Turn off lights and electronics
✓ Return any moved furniture to its original location
✓ Ensure any fire pit fires are completely extinguished
✓ Double-check for personal belongings
✓ Set thermostat to 62 degrees and hot tub to 85 degrees
