    How to Check In

    • Your access code and arrival instructions will be sent prior to your stay.

    • Please notify us if you encounter any issues upon arrival.

    How to Check Out

    Before departing:

    ✓ Load and start the dishwasher (if used)

    ✓ Remove all food from the refrigerator

    ✓ Bag all trash and dispose of it in the metal trash can on the first floor patio or, if you have more than 3 bags, at the convenience center

    ✓ Lock all doors and windows

    ✓ Turn off lights and electronics

    ✓ Return any moved furniture to its original location

    ✓ Ensure any fire pit fires are completely extinguished

    ✓ Double-check for personal belongings

    ✓ Set thermostat to 62 degrees

    ✓ Set hot tub to 85 degrees

    After-Hours Emergencies

    • No heat from the primary heating system

    • No water

    • Major water leaks

    • Other urgent property issues

  • Guests are allowed three bags of trash to be placed in the metal can on the downstairs patio and secured before departing.

    If trash is over the 3 bag limit, guests are responsible for taking trash to a local convenience center using the permit provided in the cabin.

    Important Reminders

    • Display the provided trash permit while using the facility.

    • Return the permit to the cabin before checkout.

    • Please do not leave trash outside, as it may attract wildlife.

    • Clean up after your pets.

    • Keep pets off furniture whenever possible.

    • Keep pets leashed outdoors.

    • Do not leave pets unattended for extended periods.

    • Dispose of pet waste properly.

    Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the cabin.

    Please be respectful of neighboring properties.

    Fireworks

    Fireworks are not permitted on the property.

    Firearms

    Discharging firearms is prohibited.

    ATVs & Dirt Bikes

    ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes are not permitted on the property.

    Please observe the maximum occupancy listed in your reservation.

    Located in the kitchen and other designated areas throughout the cabin.

    Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Detectors

    Installed throughout the cabin for your safety.

    Please do not disable or unplug these devices.

    First Aid Kit

    A first aid kit is available for guest use and is located under the upstairs bathroom sink.

  • How to Stay Safe Around Wildlife

    Black bears and other wildlife are common in the mountains.

    Please Do

    • Keep trash secured.

    • Lock vehicle doors.

    • Keep pets leashed outdoors.

    • Observe wildlife from a safe distance.

    Please Don't

    • Feed wildlife.

    • Leave food outside.

    • Approach animals for photographs.

    • Leave pet food unattended outdoors.

    If You See a Bear

    • Stay calm.

    • Keep your distance.

    • Back away slowly.

    • Keep children and pets close.

    • Never run toward or approach a bear.

  • The fire pit and complimentary wood is available for guest enjoyment.

    Safety Rules

    • Children must be supervised at all times.

    • Never leave a fire unattended.

    • Completely extinguish fires before leaving the area.

    • Use water to fully extinguish all embers.

    • Only build fires in the designated fire pit.

    • Do not create additional fire rings on the property.
